Please do not be offended, the following
points are being made so that there are no misunderstandings if you choose to physically
come out and tour our home. Reading these will ensure that both of us do not waste
valuable time in not understanding our mutual needs as well as property information.
This home is NOT
Lakefront Property or Lake View Property. Sometimes in the excitement of home buying
we can make assumptions that later on turn into disappointment.
Our home is located inside a Lakeside Gated Community and is only a
short walk or golf cart ride to the lake shore and Boat House.
Since Lake Texoma is a Corps of Engineers lake, shoreline property is just not
easily available. If it was, then you'd be looking at a half million dollar
homes. We feel that ours is a nice happy medium that is well situated and low on
taxes.
Serious buyers only, please. We
are READY TO SELL... are you READY TO BUY? We're
not interested in sharing home decor or architectural ideas, we want to SELL you your new
home on Lake Texoma. If you're not ready to buy and you're just "looking",
please save us both alot of time and look at other properties instead.

submitted with an Earnest Money Deposit (see Terms). We have priced our home at a
fair market value that reflects all of the amenities and comforts as well as a
Professional Appraisal done in 2006. This is NOT your typical home. A
home buyer for this one must have an appreciation for lakeside living with all the
comforts and toys you can imagine. If you're on a budget, this home is probably not
for you.
