Boat House
I was on a waiting list for SIX years, finally the Corps of Engineers lifted a
moratorium on new Boat Houses and granted me a permit to build one. My neighbor
Danny was interested in one also, so we put together a plan to use my permit and build a
Boat House with three 12'X30' Deep-Water Slips.
I own 1/3 of the Boat House, Danny and his Brother-In Law own the other two. As
part of the home sale I would be transferring ownership and facilitate a new Corps Permit
for the buyer. Boat House is NEW, finished in June 2006. It was professionally
built by Scally Marine in Denison, TX. A short Golf Cart ride takes you through
densely wooded areas of Texoma Estates down t the community Boat Ramp, Picnic Area, and
Private Boat Slips.
