Our Community

Located in the Gated Community of Texoma Estates, in Northern Grayson County, we enjoy a peaceful lifestyle surrounded by over three miles of dedicated walking trails, trees, wildflowers, and abundant wildlife.  We're situated on the southern shore of Lake Texoma, an 89,000 Acre Lake which is a sportsman's paradise.

We're in the County, just outside of the Pottsboro City Limits, GPS Coordinates: Latitude N33° 48.825', Longitude: W96° 43.865'.  If Bass Fishing is your weakness, Lake Texoma is your Cure!  All 89,000 Acres of trophy Bass and Catfish!

Most residents use Golf Carts to get around to the boat docks but walking it in the spring and fall is spectacular.  All of our roads are private, no thru traffic, only one entrance and exit.  The Texoma Estates Homeowners Association meets yearly and dues are $200 year.  On the West side of the community is a private grass landing strip for use by members with aircraft or ultra-lites.

Water is supplied by the Texoma Estates Water Corporation (our own water company) and we have very reasonable rates with a high quality dependable water system.  Fire Hydrants are abundantly located throughout the community, with one right across the street from my property.
